答： HIFU（高强度聚焦超声）是中国原创并引领全球的无创物理治疗技术，核心原理类似“放大镜聚焦阳光”——设备从体外发射低能量超声波，安全穿透人体软组织后，精准聚焦于体内病灶处，瞬间产生65-100℃高温，使病灶组织发生凝固性坏死，后续被人体免疫系统自然吸收，实现“体外治疗、体内生效”，全程无切口、无穿刺。HIFU是国家认可的正规治疗技术，目前已纳入上海、北京两地医保目录。 A: HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound) is a China-originated, globally leading non-invasive physical therapy. Like a magnifying glass focusing sunlight, the device emits low-energy ultrasound from outside the body, safely penetrates soft tissue, and precisely focuses on the lesion, briefly reaching 65–100°C to cause coagulative necrosis. The treated tissue is then naturally absorbed by the immune system — treatment from outside, effect inside, with no incision or puncture. HIFU的超声波如何穿透人体组织而不损伤正常部位？ How does HIFU ultrasound pass through tissue without harming normal areas?

答： 低能量超声波对人体皮肤、肌肉等软组织具有良好穿透性，且仅在病灶焦点处汇聚能量，焦点以外的正常组织因能量分散，温度升高不超过1-2℃，不会造成损伤。同时治疗全程有实时影像监控，能精准避开正常组织，确保穿透过程安全无虞。 A: Low-energy ultrasound penetrates skin and muscle well, and concentrates energy only at the focal point on the lesion. HIFU治疗过程中会感到疼痛吗？疼痛程度如何？ Is HIFU treatment painful, and how intense is the discomfort?

答： 治疗采用静脉镇静镇痛，患者全程保持清醒、放松状态，无需全身麻醉。过程中多数人仅会感到轻度下腹发热或酸胀，类似轻度经期不适，整体可耐受，医护团队也会根据个体感受及时调整。 A: Intravenous sedation and analgesia are used so patients stay awake and relaxed — general anesthesia is not required. 治疗后需要住院观察吗？观察多久可以离院？ Is hospitalization required after treatment, and when can I leave?

答： HIFU在流程上属于住院手术，但多数患者治疗后在观察室休息1-2小时，生命体征平稳、无明显不适即可当日离院，不影响正常行程安排与医保报销。 A: HIFU is managed as an inpatient procedure, but most patients rest in a recovery area for 1–2 hours and can leave the same day once vital signs are stable and there is no significant discomfort — without disrupting travel plans or insurance claims.

治疗后多久能恢复正常工作和生活？ How soon can I return to normal work and daily life?

答： 恢复很快：一般1-3天即可恢复日常活动（走动、散步等），约1周可恢复正常工作；具体节奏因个人体质与病灶情况略有差异，医生会给出个性化建议。 A: Recovery is usually fast: most people resume light daily activity within 1–3 days and return to work in about a week. Timing varies with individual health and lesion characteristics; your physician will give personalized guidance.

HIFU主要适用于哪些子宫疾病？ Which uterine conditions is HIFU mainly used for?

答： 主要用于两类常见妇科疾病：①子宫肌瘤（包括肌壁间、浆膜下等多种类型）；②子宫腺肌症（弥漫型或局限型），尤其适合伴有痛经、月经量多等症状，又希望保留子宫的患者。是否适合需经专科评估后确定。 A: It is mainly used for two common gynecologic conditions: ① uterine fibroids (including intramural, subserosal and other types); and ② adenomyosis (diffuse or localized), especially for patients with dysmenorrhea or heavy bleeding who wish to preserve the uterus. Suitability is confirmed after specialist evaluation.

有生育计划的患者，治疗后多久能备孕？ If I plan to conceive, how soon after treatment can I try for pregnancy?

答： 一般建议治疗后3-6个月，经超声或MRI评估确认病灶缩小、子宫恢复良好后再备孕。相较传统手术常需等待18-24个月，HIFU的备孕等待期明显更短，具体时间以主治医生评估为准。 A: Conception is usually advised 3–6 months after treatment, once ultrasound or MRI confirms lesion shrinkage and uterine recovery. That wait is typically much shorter than the 18–24 months often required after traditional surgery; your physician will set the exact timeline.

HIFU与宫腔镜手术在治疗黏膜下肌瘤上的优势对比？ How does HIFU compare with hysteroscopic surgery for submucosal fibroids?
